Emmy Noether: Modern LaTeX Working Corpus and Multilingual Translation Readers

This is the reader-facing Emmy Noether working record for the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. It contains the current German R823 LaTeX source control; cumulative English, Spanish, French, and Interslavic working readers; bounded components in additional languages; and editable source, provenance, repair, render, and audit material. Current bounded additions: source-audited English Paper 4 Section 3; complete bounded Paper 25 working translations in PRC-oriented Simplified Chinese and controlled generic Traditional Chinese; a Korean Paper 27 visual-evidence package; and a Japanese Paper 24 visual-evidence retrofit. The English Paper 4 sequence now covers the Introduction/Postscript and Sections 1-3, continuing at Section 4 / R823 line 3839. It does not complete Paper 4. Chinese Paper 25: both two-page target readers and editable target TeX are exact producer bytes. The evidence package preserves typed decisions, structural and terminology controls, a typed evidence graph, machine validation reports, and all seven project-generated German/Hans/Hant render-QA pages. Host-local paths were replaced by logical public identifiers; source/comparison bodies, raw logs, host-configured authoring scripts, and quotation-bearing search dumps remain excluded with exact hash receipts. The controlled Hant target is not Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macao localization; no Singapore or external Chinese review is claimed. The 1924/1925 package-metadata conflict remains held. Visual evidence: the Korean Paper 27 package contains two open project-generated 180-dpi output renders and machine-readable indexes; its source-page witness is represented by hash, geometry, and page coordinates only because redistribution rights were not established. The Japanese Paper 24 package contains all 16 accepted project-generated 200-ppi page renders and machine-readable indexes; it contains no source-scan pixels or rejected blank contact sheet. Existing file 17 continues to preserve 3,024 unique project-generated French, Spanish, and Interslavic render/review images. Interslavic corpus: normalization Tranches 002A through 007 cover 221 Latin-script and 221 Cyrillic-script editable units, all 442 unit PDFs, cumulative 527- and 551-page readers, and bounded change evidence. The 353 važi*|važe* mathematical sense-extension probes in 101 files remain an explicit external-authority blocker. Status caveat: these are substantial machine-assisted working editions, translations, source controls, and review artifacts. Bounded source-audit claims apply only to their stated units. They are not official critical editions, peer review, proof certification, independent human scholarly review, native-language/community certification, accessibility certification, rights determinations, or guarantees that every symbol and translation choice is correct. OCR/VLM output is locator or comparison evidence unless direct source reconciliation is explicitly recorded.
