Supporting data for "Therapeutic Applications of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Expanded Potential Stem Cells (EPSC-MSCs) for Critical Limb Ischemia"

This project focuses on generating mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from expanded potential stem cells (EPSCs). Using bulk RNA sequencing analysis, we identified the distinct characteristics of EPSC-MSCs in comparison to those MSCs derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). We compared their angiogenic efficacy in a hindlimb ischemia mouse model in vivo and investigated their respective working mechanisms.
