Deep-learning based Segmentation for Segmentation of Volumetric Bio-Imaging Data Using Crowdsourced Object-Based Annotation

Segmentations for the paper "Segmentation of Volumetric Bio-Imaging Data Using Crowdsourced Object-Based Annotation". One pair of two annotations produced using Gold standard mask annotation (for DLP and SLP classes), and another pair of two annotations produced using weak crowdsourced annotation (for DLP and SLP classes). In addition a list of the DLP and SLP centroid locations for both the Gold Annotation model and the Weak Annotation model is provided.
