Chromatin immunoprecipitation with massively parallel DNA sequencing (ChIP-Seq) was performed by using the anti-BPTF antibody in MGC803 cells to explore the downstream target genes of BPTF. Overall design: We perfomred ChIP assay in MGC803 cells by using antibodies against BPTF, H3L4me3 and H3K27ac to explore the targets downstream BPTF.
