The purpose of the current investigation was to examine how G. cambogia might be used to treat both acute and chronic murine toxoplasmosis. Additionally, using analyses of Lipinski's RO5 filter, computational QSARs/ADMET predictive characteristics, and in silico molecular docking in comparison to spiramycin (SPM), a traditional synthetic standard antiparasitic drug, the drug-likeness properties of HCA, guttiferone-E, and guttiferone-J were predicted, determined, and evaluated.
