Single-cell profiling reveals the intratumor heterogeneity and immunosuppressive microenvironment in cervical adenocarcinoma

To investigate the disparities in tumor immune microenvironment and heterogeneity between cervical adenocarcinoma (ADC) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on 15 samples of cervical tumor tissue, among which 11 cases were ADC and 4 cases of SCC served as controls.
