Supplementary data for "4PIN: a four-phase framework for the implementation and analysis of Sustainable Value Creation Plan networks"

This dataset provides the materials used in the empirical application of the Four-Phase Implementation Network (4PIN) framework. It includes (i) a Gephi file encoding the seven-layer 4PIN multiplex network, representing finance conditionality, implementation capabilities, operational outcomes, business and societal value interpretations, SDG targets, and SDG goals; and (ii) an Excel evidence register linking every node and relation to documented sources. The network file preserves ontological distinctions and supports feasibility-oriented pathway analysis, while the evidence register provides full traceability to finance agreements, verification reports, certification records, and sustainability disclosures. Together, these files enable transparency, reproducibility, and methodological development in SDG implementation and sustainable finance research.
