Hepatic transcriptome of vehicle and bortezomib treated male C57BL/6 mice.

To investigate differentially expressed genes in hepatocytes from bortezomib treated (n=3) mice and healthy control (n=3) mice, total RNA was isolated from liver tissues and analysed by RNA-seq. We performed RNA seq on bortezomib treated male C57BL/6 mice and control mice. Three biological replicates from each group were sequenced.
