Immunofluorescence pictures related to Figure 4B-C

This dataset includes the original images obtained by immunofluorescence against E-cadherin and vimentin on somite progenitors derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells. The E-cadherin antibody is coupled to Alexa Fluor 488 (green fluorescence), and the vimentin antibody is coupled to eFluor 570 (red fluorescence). Images were acquired with a Nikon A1 RSi confocal microscope and a 20x objective. The .nd2 format can be opened with standard image processing softwares, such as the open source and free software imageJ, available here: https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html

The dataset also includes a .csv file providing the key between the image_ID, cell line and quantification of E-cadherin-positive cells as percentages of total cells.
