Confocal images showing the localization of p190B RhoGAP at the apical zonula adherens of MCF-7 cells were treated with DMSO or blebbistatin (BLB; 100μM, 2 hours) alone or in combination with Rac inhibitors EHT1864 (10 μM, 12 hours) or NSC23766 (50 μM, 12 hours). Cells were fixed with methanol.
