“雪龙”号船载自动气象站。
2.观测方法和所获观测资料
1992年10月31日-1993年4月2日,自动气象站走航自动观测,观测要素包括经度、纬度、艏向、船速、气压、气温、相对湿度、露点温度、风向、云量等信息。
The Antarctic region and the Southern Ocean are key areas for global climate change. Conducting marine meteorological observations over the nearshore/sea ice surface of the Antarctic region can obtain first-hand data on Antarctic climate change, which is of great scientific value for further studying the atmosphere-sea ice-ocean interaction in the Antarctic region and deepening the understanding of Antarctic climate change.
This dataset contains observational data from underway automatic weather stations deployed during 9 Chinese Antarctic Scientific Expeditions.
It is of great scientific significance for understanding the latest marine meteorological conditions over Antarctica and its adjacent waters, deepening the comprehension of the atmosphere-sea ice-ocean interaction mechanisms in the Antarctic region, and conducting research on Antarctic climate change.

Shipborne automatic weather station onboard the Xuelong icebreaker.
2. Observation Methods and Collected Observational Data
From October 31, 1992 to April 2, 1993, the automatic weather station carried out underway automatic observations. The observed elements include longitude, latitude, bow heading, ship speed, atmospheric pressure, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point temperature, wind direction, cloud cover, and other relevant information.
