VPRS 17469 Deeds and Securities Register

The purpose of this series is to record details of real property (land) acquired by the Shire, agreements entered into and insurance policies. Information in relation to land includes land title details, how the land was acquired and the location of the land.In relation to Agreements, information recorded includes the names of the parties to the agreement and a description of the agreement entered into.In relation to Insurance Policies, information recorded includes the names of the parties, a description of the policy, policy numbers and the amount for which the asset was insured.
