Lists of regulatory acts indicating the date of entry into force, the term of the basic, repeated and periodic tracking of their effectiveness and information about the place of their publication

The State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine (State Water Agency) does not issue normative legal acts, including regulatory acts. Within the limits of the entrusted powers, the State Water Agency monitors the effectiveness of regulatory acts and prepares relevant reports. The set contains a list of current regulatory acts, tracking of which is carried out by the State Water Agency, indicating information on regulatory acts by which they were put into effect, basic, repeated and periodic monitoring of regulatory impact.
