Derived tables and analysis code for the reversed solar-illumination dependence of Starlink Direct-to-Cell UEMR

This record contains the derived per-satellite, per-population, per-frequency, illumination-state, and fine-channel tables, together with the Python analysis code, supporting the accepted PASA article “A reversed solar illumination dependence of unintended emission from Starlink Direct-to-Cell satellites at 72–234 MHz with the EDA2”. The source EDA2 detection catalogue is not duplicated and is available from Grigg et al. (2025), doi:10.5281/zenodo.15089853. The archive includes the fixed satellite-classification fields used for the 1,806 observed NORAD identifiers. The outputs constrain population-level and fine-channel behaviour; they do not identify the emitting subsystem or establish a universal within-satellite illumination response.
