资源简介:
We report the application of RNA-sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of Drosophila that express clinical variants of feline-MyBPC3 associated with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Overall design: Differential expression analyses comparing transcriptome-wide effects of wild-type feline-MyBPC3 compared to the clinical variants (A31P and R820W) in a Drosophila model for feline Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM).
