Digital Chain Group Dataset for Sewage Discharge Permits in the Papermaking Industry is a collection of simulated filing documents developed in accordance with the technical specifications for sewage discharge permits in the papermaking industry. It includes two datasets respectively containing correctly and incorrectly simulated filing records for the papermaking industry. The dataset mainly covers documents and records including basic information, production units, names of production facilities for production lines, process names, names of pollution-generating links, permitted emission limits, and other related contents. After cleaning and annotation, this dataset is used for training intelligent algorithm models, which can rapidly identify erroneous links in user filings; for correctly filled submissions, the model must output 0 errors to meet the recognition target. The work efficiency is increased by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual operations. It can also serve as a standard filing template to supplement national regulatory specifications. This dataset is applied to the Intelligent Informatized Management System for Sewage Discharge Permits and the Enterprise Environmental Digital Comprehensive Management System, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of sewage discharge permit issuance work conducted by ecological environment bureaus, as well as enhancing the compliance quality and filing efficiency of enterprises' sewage discharge permits.
