Here we report the draft genome sequence of the soft coral symbiont Kiloniella sp. EL199. The genome is composed of 4,177,471 bp, with a calculated GC content of 45.1%. It possesses 4,159 coding sequences and 51 RNAs (42 tRNAs and 9 rRNAs). The strain's genomic blueprint shows potential to degrade N-heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and to cope with various heavy metals and antibiotics.
