The thymoproteasome expressed specifically in thymic cortical epithelium optimizes the generation of CD8+ T cells. To explore the mechanism of the thymoproteasome-dependent optimization of CD8+ T cells, we performed deep sequencing analysis of TCR alpha and TCR beta variable region genes expressed in CD8+ T cells isolated from b5t-deficient mice and control mice.
