Sliding or pressure shoe for a continuous milling machine (1) for profiling one or more edges (2) of panels (3)， the respective sliding shoe (4) or pressure shoe (5) having a sliding surface (6) for feeding over a surface (7-8) of a panel (3) to be milled， characterized in that said sliding shoe (4) or pressure shoe (5) is provided with at least one cutting blade (9). The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing panels in which such a sliding or pressure shoe (4-5) is used.
