Cerebral organoids for modeling of HSV-1-induced Alzheimer disease-associated multiscale neuropathology and phenotypic rescue

The H9-derived cerebral organoids were infected with the HSV-1(1:100000 pfu/organoid). The inocula were removed after 3 days of infection. The cerebral organoids were harvested, and the RNAs was extracted. RNA sequencing was performed using an Illumina NextSeq 6000 with an average of 20 million reads per run.
