ED-MS MicroED: Electron diffraction tilt series from microcrystals of papain and papain-ligand complexes

This deposition contains MicroED tilt series datasets in .mrc file format, acquired on microcrystals of the cysteine protease papain, as well as papain-ligand complexes generated by ligand soaking or co-crystallization. Data is sorted into two zip files. Files in "ED-MS_microED_papain-ligand_datasets" include data acquired on unliganded papain microcrystals, as well as crystals soaked or co-crystallized with a single pure compound. A MicroED tilt series acquired on a crystal of E-64D is also included in this directory. Files in "ED-MS_microED_papain-mixtures_datasets" include data acquired on papain microcrystals soaked with mixtures of compounds, or impure biosynthetic reaction mixtures.

All data was acquired at 200 kV on a TFS Talos F200C TEM at 100K, recorded on a Direct Electron Apollo detector.
