Pressure Maps

The data sets contain pressure maps to be loaded into the DropGen software controlling the microfluidic setup. Each Excel file contains five sheets determining the absolute pressure of the five pressure controllers in millibar. Sheets are labelled according to the solutions to be applied to them in the experiments. The data sets contain the different pressure maps used for the platform characterisation ("EqualFlow", "PressureSteps", "Calibration", "DynamicRange_Precision_Accuracy"), the antimicrobial susceptibility testing ("MICassays"), and the synergy assay ("TobColPip_Synergy").
