High-throughput sequencing analysis of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae protein interaction networks

This project contains high throughput sequencing data generated from recombination based library versus library yeast two hybrid (RLL-Y2H) screening. Two interaction systems were analyzed: (i) Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae proteins versus host proteins and (ii) intra species Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae protein protein interactions. The sequencing data were used to identify interacting protein pairs and to construct protein interaction networks associated with virulence mechanisms of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
