A library of ~491,587 barcodes was integrated into the YBR209W locus of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Biosamples are Illumina HiSeq data from PCR amplicons of this barcode library. Barcodes were randomly generated by synthesizing a primer with the pattern TACCNNNNNAANNNNNAANNNNNTTNNNNNATAA.
