We report that the adaptor protein, paxillin, regulates some proliferative and apoptotic genes in the castration resistant prostate cancer cell line, PC3. Overall design: PC3 cells were transfected with either Non-specific siRNA or Paxillin-targeted siRNA for 72 hours, and RNA from these groups were isolated and proceeded to RNA sequecning.
