Change in consumer spending on furniture and home furnishing Italy 2019, by area

When asked how much they spent on furniture and home furnishings in 2018, approximately 55 percent of North-Eastern Italians said that they spent less money compared to how much they spent in the previous year. On the contrary, a significant increase in the expenditure was registered among people living on the Islands. Around 20 percent of them claimed to have spent more on furniture and home furnishings.
