We applied a single-cell multi-omics assay named “Hi-C and RNA-seq employed simultaneously” (HiRES) to simultaneously profile chromatin structure and transcriptome within the same cell. In our study, this assay was conducted on CD34⁺CD117⁺CD38⁻ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from bone marrow aspirates of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. This dataset represents the first application of single-cell HiRES in primary AML samples, providing paired 3D genome and gene expression information at single-cell resolution. HiRES:Mononuclear cells were extracted from acute myeloid leukemia patients. Target cells were stained with CD34 and CD117 antibodies and isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Final libraries were prepared strictly follwing HiRES protocol. *************************************************************** Raw files for human/patient samples were not submitted to GEO due to concerns about submitting personally identifiable sequence data for open access. ***************************************************************
