In this study, a yellow-brown upland soil was collected, and followed by a 21-day microcosm incubation with nitrogen fertilizer and different does of ATU (1%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of nitrogen applied). Meanwhile, the dicyandiamide (DCD) was also applied for the comparison with ATU. During the incubation, the dynamics of inorganic nitrogen and greenhouse gas emitted were detected, and the changes of different microbial population were analyzed by real-time PCR and high through-put sequencing.
