Drosha, component of microprocessor, is important in miRNA biogenesis. DROSHA has multiple domains, however the function of N-terminal region(1~390 AA) is ambiguous.In this study, to reveal the function of DROSHA N-terminus, 4 types of plasmids(MOCK, Pck-drosha-WT, Pck-drosha-d220-FLAG, Pck-drosha-d390+NLS-FLAG) were transfected to HCT116 DROSHA KO cell. Each sample has two biological replicate.
