This file contains a Polish semi-structured interview guide for warehouse workers (“Pracownik magazynu”). It includes a respondent information sheet, a brief interviewer introduction, and 41 interview questions with notes on the data to be collected. The guide covers job tasks and daily routines; career path and employment history; workplace culture; work processes and the role of technology; employment conditions (contracts, pay, benefits, training, and health and safety); labor relations and trade unions; and closing questions on future plans and additional comments. It also includes prompts for follow-up contact and sharing project results.This document is a research tool focused on warehouse workers as the target group and has potential for reuse in similar qualitative studies on warehouse labor, working conditions, technology, and employment relations.
