Analysis of gene expression patterns in denervated muscle atrophy

To further analyze the gene expression patterns in denervated muscle atrophy, we have employed whole genome microarray. The rats were randomly divided into the sham and model group. In the sham group [The sciatic nerve was exposed, and then the skin was sewn and disinfected]. In the model group [The sciatic nerve was exposed and disconnected, and then the skin was sewn and disinfected]. The tibialis anterior muscle was collected from rats in both groups at different time points (0.25 h, 0.5 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 3 d, 7d, 14 d, 21 d, and 28 d) after denervation.
