We were interested in transcriptional changes after depletion of histone acetyltransferase KAT2A in human colorectal cancer. Therefore, we utilized HCT116 cells as model, and analyzed global alterations of gene expression. Overall design: RNA-Sequencing from HCT116 cells stably expressing Cas9-GFP after transduction with either a sgRNA targeting Luciferase (control) or human KAT2A. Experiment was performed in biologically independent triplicates.
