GAL-NMD2

The goal of this set of experiments was to identify transcripts that are differentially expressed upon reactivation of NMD in an nmd2::HIS3 strain by galactose-induced expression of the NMD2 gene.本系列实验的研究目标为：在nmd2::HIS3菌株中，通过半乳糖诱导NMD2基因的表达以恢复无义介导的mRNA降解（Nonsense-mediated mRNA decay, NMD）通路的活性，筛选出在此过程中发生差异表达的转录本。
