Adverse Outcomes Associated with Systemic Glucocorticoids: Dose–Time Effects in Real-World Inflammatory Disease Cohorts covering 3.7 million patients

This repository contains additional aggregated results from the study Adverse Outcomes Associated with Systemic Glucocorticoids: Dose–Time Effects in Real-World Inflammatory Disease Cohorts, covering approximately 3.7 million patients. The uploaded materials provide detailed incidence rate ratios for adverse outcomes stratified by underlying inflammatory condition and specific adverse event, differentiated by average daily and cumulative systemic glucocorticoid (SCS) dose exposure. The repository further includes Kaplan–Meier plots illustrating the probability of incident adverse events following initiation of SCS therapy, as well as visualisations of piece-wise exponential additive mixed models (PAMMs) that decompose dose- and time-dependent risk patterns. All data are provided in aggregated, deidentified form for transparency and reproducibility.
