Proteomes of vaginal fluids during the estrous cycle in wild house mice.

We provide proteomes of vaginal fluid in three phases of the estrous cycle – proestrus, estrus and metestrus in six adult females of wild mice Mus musculus musculus. The total of 1167 particular proteins were identified by label-free nano- scale liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (nLC-MS 2 ).
