Tutorial 5 COVID-19 Chest X-ray images

The goal of the tutorial is to detect COVID-19 using X-ray images (source: https://github.com/ieee8023/covid-chestxray-dataset). AIDeveloper (AID) is used to train a model that is able to distinguish x-ray images of healthy and sick individuals by first using two other datasets:- https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney/chest-xray-pneumonia- https://stanfordmlgroup.github.io/competitions/chexpert/ Next, methods like data-augmentation, transfer learning, and adjusting dropout rates are used (all implemented in AID) are leveraged to cope with the (currently) small size of the COVID-19 dataset.
