Target sequencing of two longitudinal timepoints of a refractory DLBCL patient who was resistant to CD19-targeted CAR T-cell therapy and to post CAR T pembrolizumab treatment. Specifically, libraries were prepared from circulating cell-free DNA samples obtained at the day before CAR T cell infusion and after two cycles of pembrolizumab treatment.
