Kluyvera ascorbata HAK22 genome sequencing and assembly

Kluyvera ascorbata HAK22 is a Gram-negative coliform of the family Enterobacteriaceae cause rare infections in humans. However, it is reported in various infections that can be fatal including sepsis with multiorgan failure. The whole genome sequence of widely distributed rare human pathogen Kluyvera ascorbta strain HAK22 novel was determined. The Kluyvera ascorbta HAK22 was isolated from feces of healthy human from Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The whole genome helps to study the genetic makeup of the isolate that provide a platform to illustrate various disease causing mechanism and their pathogencity.
