Hybrid Work and Organizational Commitment in a Consulting Firm in Chimbote, Peru

This dataset contains the quantitative data used in the study examining the association between hybrid work and organizational commitment in a consulting firm located in Chimbote, Peru. The dataset includes anonymized responses from 60 employees and covers key dimensions such as job autonomy, work flexibility, communication and coordination, and overall organizational commitment. The data were collected using structured instruments and processed for statistical analysis. All data have been fully anonymized to ensure participant confidentiality.
