SQANTI3 reference annotations - human

Orthogonal human hg38 reference files which are used in the SQANTI-QC pipeline to aid in transcript annotation. The files include;

Poly-A sites bed file from PolyA Site with chromosome names aliased from (1,2,3...) format to (chr1,chr2, ch3...) format, aliasing was performed with UCSC tools chromToUcsc.
