Flow cytometry data were generated to evaluate the effects of dexamethasone alone or in combination with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in the 4T1 breast cancer model. Specifically, we assessed the uptake of 2NBDG by tumor-infiltrating T cells.
