Database of results: <i>The use of artificial intelligence in government archives: a scoping review</i>

This paper presents a contextual analysis of the knowledge and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to data management in the field of public administrations. This analysis has been carried out by means of a systematic review, specifically a scoping review, of the existing literature. The results obtained from the analysis of 27 selected studies, together with a review of the theoretical framework, allowed us to identify key aspects to be taken into account in the current context. Finally, six relevant aspects related to the process and eight related to the content of the studies were identified. These elements allow us to understand the current state of the application and use of AI in public sector archives, as well as to guide the development of efficient solutions to address the main issues identified.
