In a receivership, the City requests a property with a vacant building notice be appointed to a receiver. During this process, the receiver auctions the property off to a qualified buyer so the structure can be rehabilitated. These properties have current receiverships filed and they have not yet been settled. Most of these properties have upcoming auctions.
