Search using keywords such as "digital countryside", "agricultural informatization", "rural informatization", and "modernization of agriculture and rural areas". The starting year for policy text collection is 2017, with a time interval from January 2017 to July 2023. Perform word frequency statistics on the collected policy texts. Based on word frequency statistics, delete policies that do not contain or only appear once or twice with the concept of "digital countryside" in the text, save policy texts with complete information and high relevance, and ultimately collect 163 relevant policies.
