The Chinese cerebral infarction dataset is sourced from the Chinese Cerebrovascular Disease Database. Based on this dataset, it supports the evaluation, feedback provision and continuous quality improvement of medical care for cerebral infarction. The dataset covers relevant data of 11 key indicators, including the proportion of NIHSS scores, the rate of rt-PA thrombolysis, antithrombotic therapy administered within 48 hours, swallowing function assessment, deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis for non-ambulatory patients with cerebral infarction, rehabilitation assessment, antithrombotic therapy at discharge, antihypertensive medication at discharge, statin medication at discharge, hypoglycemic medication at discharge, and anticoagulation therapy for patients with atrial fibrillation at discharge.
