Survey Datasets on Stakeholder and End-User Perceptions of Grass-Based Bio-Based Products from the GO-GRASS Project (Version 1.0)

This repository contains anonymized stakeholder and end-user survey datasets and Python reproducibility code developed within the Horizon 2020 GO-GRASS project. The surveys examine familiarity, adoption attitudes, sustainability concerns, and product-specific evaluation criteria related to grass-based paper, biochar, animal bedding, and protein products. The accompanying code reproduces the final exploratory clustering, concern-coding procedures, descriptive analyses, and selected figures and tables used in the associated manuscript. The work was conducted within the GO-GRASS project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 862674.
