The files contain data to perform (i) phylogenetic analysis of Schellackia haplotypes isolated from lacertids in Spain (also contains ML and Bayesian phylogenetic trees) and (ii) cophylogenetic analysis between Schellackia haplotypes and lacertid hosts.
