Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common malignant solid tumor in the abdomen of children, with high degree of malignancy, poor prognosis and unknown pathogenesis. So we aim to investigate intra-tumor heterogeneity of neuroblastoma at single cell resolution. Single cell mRNA profiles of sixteen primary tumors from sixteen patients with neuroblastoma, four adrenal tissue and two embryos from six aborted fetus were generated by 10X Genomics plartform, without technical replication, and sequenced by NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina)
