资源简介:
The stress response of heart rate (HR) is crucial for cardiac function and survival in most mammals. The plasticity of sinus node (SAN) determines the HR response to stress. Our previous study showed that cold-inducible RNA-binding protein (CIRP) regulates cardiac electrophysiology at post-transcriptional level, suggesting a potential role of CIRP in SAN plasticity, especially in stress conditions. Our aim is to clarify the role of CIRP in SAN plasticity and heart rate regulation under stress conditions.
