Gene expression profiling of senescent and non-senescent BPH epithelial cells

RNA-seq analysis of human BPH prostate epithelial cells classified by SA-ß-gal staining status. Overall design: Epithelial cells were isolated from human BPH tissue and divided into senescent (SA-ß-gal+) and non-senescent (SA-ß-gal-) groups. RNA-seq was performed and gene expression profiles were compared.
